Paul Fulbright, AIA, LEED-AP

Mr. Fulbright is a fourteen year veteran architect. He is an innovative, dynamic professional, as well as a self-motivated leader in the industry who is able to tailor each project to varying circumstances. He has been responsible for designing some of the most highly prominent and note worthy projects within local, state, national, and international arenas. His breadth of experience includes both residential and commercial projects for both public and private entities. He has a very diverse project background including mixed-use developments, urban redevelopment, office (interior & shell), retail (interior & shell), entertainment, restaurant (interior & shell), industrial (interior & shell),  community & recreation centers, hotels & resorts, multifamily, and custom residential. He is well versed in varied and combined construction typologies while balancing the ability to interpret and implement current building codes into the projects.

 

Mr. Fulbright has had a long career within the Southern California Architectural Industry through various stages of employment from, Blair Ballard Architects (Laguna Beach), Ware Malcomb (Irvine), Thomas P. Cox Architects (Irvine), Bassenian Lagoni Architects (Newport Beach), William Hezmalhalch Architects (Santa Ana), and finally through his own company – Fulbright Rodriguez Architects, Inc.

 

Coupled with a vibrant personality, strong communication and organization skills, he is a multifaceted individual whose gifts extend beyond architecture and involve new business development, project contracts & proposals, mentoring, schedule coordination, budget analysis. Mr. Fulbright’s superb design talent and meticulous attention to detail have made him an invaluable asset within the industry, which has led to the design of exceptional, innovative, and award winning projects.
